Strategic Influence

There are a plethora of Christian courses in the marketplace that focus on leadership, worldview and discipleship. However, the team at Compass and ACL believe there is a gap. This gap is to selectively target, train, equip and strategically mentor high capacity and passionate Christian students and recent grads who will be at the top of their profession in 20 years in areas such as politics, law, media, science, education and so forth.

This course and the on-going mentoring program involves Christians who are at the top of their chosen profession who are very keen to see the next generation of leaders take strategic positions of influence in Australia.

As a teacher, principal, lecturer, pastor or parent, you may recognise that someone in your class, lecture room or church fit this criteria.

This course is designed to train leaders who will strategically influence the nation, will equip students and recent grads to not just survive university or their transition to work with their faith intact but to maximise their effectiveness for Christ in their chosen profession.

Whether a student is moving from Year 12 to university or from university into work, it is important that passionate high achieving Christians are encouraged by mentors through these transitions and that they are mixing with other talented like minded people interested in having an impact on the world.
